How to evolve Ralts into Gallade in Pokémon Legends Z-A
To evolve Ralts into Kirlia, and later Gallade, you'll need a male Ralts. It's very important that your Ralts is male, as they won't be able to evolve into Gallade otherwise (and will instead evolve into Gardevoir).
Fortunately, Ralts can appear in the grassy patch behind Quasartico Inc. in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Be careful, however, as it's likely an Alpha Ralts will spawn here.
As is the case with all Alpha Pokémon, I highly recommend using Ultra Balls to try and catch them while sneaking up on them, or pay a visit to the Poké Ball Boutique to find a Poké Ball that suits you. If they see you, I then recommend battling them and reducing their HP as much as possible – but not knocking them out – and then trying to repeatedly catch them again. Don't forget you can also improve your Catch Rate by upgrading the Blue Canari Plush using Colorful Screws.
Once you do have a male Ralts, they will be able to evolve into Kirlia at Level 20.
To then evolve your Kirlia into Gallade, you must give them a Dawn Stone. Again, they must be male. Otherwise, they will instead evolve into Gardevoir at Level 30.
If you don't yet have a Dawn Stone to evolve Kirlia with in your possession, take a look at our guide on how to get a Dawn Stone.
Alpha Gallade can also be caught in Wild Zone 5 much later in the game as part of a story mission, saving you from their evolution process altogether if you fancy the challenge of taking them down.
How to get Galladite in Pokémon Legends Z-A
If you're hoping to Mega Evolve your Gallade in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you will need the Galladite Mega Stone. The Galladite Mega Stone can be purchased from Quasartico Inc. in exchange for 240 Mega Shards after you have completed Main Mission 25.
Good luck evolving Ralts into Gallade in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
