Every current and upcoming character and Light Cone Banner.
Honkai: Star Rail Banners are what you can spend your Star Pass currency on to Warp for characters and Light Cone weapons.
Every character event Banner runs for three weeks, making way for the next Banner. These event Banners have a single 5-Star character with boosted pull odds, and three boosted 4-Stars.
There are also Light Cone weapon Banners that change their featured 5-Star and 4-Star pulls every three weeks as well, and two permanent Banners available with their own unique character and Light Cone pools.
We've detailed what the next and current Banners are in Honkai: Star Rail below, along with a list of all Banners that have ran in the game since its 1.0 launch.

Honkai Star Rail next Banner event characters
For these temporary event character Banners, you have to use Special Star Passes to Warp on them, and this Banner usually changes every three weeks.
During Phase 2 of version 3.7, we can expect to see reruns of Phainon, Cipher, and Mydei on the 'Indelible Coterie' banner. Phainon is a 5-Star Physical attacker on the Destruction Path, Cipher is a 5-Star Quantum attacker on the Nihility Path, and Mydei is a 5-Star Imaginary attacker on the Destruction Path.
They are expected to be available from Wednesday 26th November until Tuesday 16th December.
Boosted four-star characters during both phases of the Indelible Coterie banner are as follows:
- Moze
- Lynx
- Pela
Thanks to drip-marketing on social media, we can also anticipate The Dahlia arriving during version 3.8. The Dahlia will be a new 5-Star Fire attacker of The Nihility path.
Version 3.6 is here! Phase Two has brought Dan Heng Permansor Terrae, a new 5-Star character, and sees the return of Anaxa. Honkai Star Rail next Light Cone Banners
Brilliant Fixation and Bygone Reminiscence are permanent weapon Banners with boosted 5-Star and 4-Star weapons that usually change their weapon pools every three weeks, at the same time new event character Banners are added. Just like these character Banners, you must use Special Warp Passes to Warp on Brilliant Fixation and Bygone Reminiscence.
That said, Bygone Reminscence has been replaced with the 'Coalesced Truths' banner for the time being, which will see three different Light Cones available to warp for throughout Phase 1 and 2 of version 3.7.
During Phase 2 of version 3.7, you can expect reruns of 5-star Light Cones 'Lies Dance on the Breeze' (Cipher's signature), 'Thus Burns the Dawn' (Phainon's signature), and 'Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path' (Mydei's signature). These are expected to run from Wednesday 26th November until Tuesday 16th December.
Boosted four-star Light Cones on Phase 2 of the version 3.7 banners will be:
- Boundless Choreo
- The Story's Next Page
- Concert for Two
Honkai Star Rail current character event Banner
The current character Banners in Honkai: Star Rail end on Tuesday 4th November. You can check exactly how long a Banner has left in your own server time by checking above the 4-Star characters.
Phase 1 of version 3.7 features Cyrene, a new 5-Star Ice attacker of The Remembrance path on her banner 'Ripples of Past Reverie', during Phase 1 of 3.7.
She is available from Wednesday 5th November until the end of version 3.7, which is anticipated to be Tuesday 16th December. There is no new character expected during Phase 2 of version 3.7.
Boosted four-star characters on her banner will be:
- Moze
- Lynx
- Pela
Hyacine, Tribbie, and Castorice will be rerunning in Phase 1 of version 3.7 on the 'Indelible Coterie' banner. Tribbie is a 5-Star Quantum attacker on the Harmony Path, Castorice is a 5-Star Quantum attacker on the Remembrance Path, and Hyacine is a 5-Star Wind attacker on the Remembrance Path.
They are available from Wednesday 5th November until Wednesday 26th November, and will have the same boosted characters as Cyrene's banner: Moze, Lynx, and Pela.
The 'Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail' event for the Fate/stay night crossover is currently running and features two Fate-themed Banners for Saber and Archer, with Saber a new 5-Star Wind character of The Destruction path on her Excalibur Excelsior Banner and Archer a new 5-Star Quantum character of The Hunt path on his The Bone of My Sword Banner.
Both Banners are running 'over a long period of time' from 11th July 2025, so, at the time of writing, we don't know the exact end date. What we do know is that the Fate-themed Banners do not share pity with the regular limited-time character Banners, so you can't carry over your pity from previous pulls.
There are also no boosted 4-Star characters on either Banner. Instead, the drop rates for all 4-Star characters are equal.
Finally, if you're Trailblaze Level 3 or higher, you'll be able to claim Archer and the materials required for levelling him up to Level 60 for free. You'll have until Version 3.6 ends later this year, which will likely be sometime in late November.
Honkai Star Rail current Light Cone Banner
The current Brilliant Fixation banner is expected to run until Tuesday 16th December, and the Coalesced Truths Banners will run until Wednesday 26th November.
The current Brilliant Fixation Light Cone Banner for version 3.7 features the 5-Star 'This Love, Forever' Remembrance path Light Cone, Cyrene's signature. This banner will run alongside Cyrene until version 3.7 concludes, which is from Wednesday 5th November to approximately Tuesday 16th December. There is no new Light Cone expected during Phase 2 of version 3.7.
The second current Light Cone Banner is the 'Coalesced Truths' banner, which will feature three different Light Cones during Phase 1 and 2 of version 3.7. During Phase 1, you can expect reruns of 5-star Light Cones 'Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky' (Hyacine's signature), 'Make Farewells More Beautiful' (Castorice's signature), and 'If Time Were A Flower' (Tribbie's signature).
Boosted four-star Light Cones on Phase 1 of the version 3.7 banners will be:
- Boundless Choreo
- The Story's Next Page
- Concert for Two
These Phase 1 version 3.7 Light Cone Banners will run from Wednesday 5th November to Wednesday 26th November.
Keep in mind that even if a Light Cone has a picture of a specific character on it, you can still use that weapon on anybody to increase their stats. However, only characters who are on the same path as the Light Cone can benefit from its unique abilities.
The 'Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail' event for the Fate/stay night crossover is currently running and features the new 5-Star 'A Thankless Coronation' Destruction path Light Cone, Saber's signature, and the new 5-Star 'The Hell Where Ideals Burn' Hunt path Light Cone, Archer's signature.
'A Thankless Coronation' is available on the 'Birth of a King' Light Cone Collaboration Warp, while 'The Hell Where Ideals Burn' is available on the 'Red Radiance of Fuyuki' Light Cone Collaboration Warp. It's important to note that there are no boosted 4-Star Light Cones on either Warp, with all 4-Star Light Cones having equal drop rates.
Both Warps are running 'over a long period of time' from 11th July 2025, so, at the time of writing, we don't know the exact end date.
Honkai Star Rail Departure Warp Banner
You can spend your regular Star Passes on the permanent Departure Warp Banner. However, if you've Warped 50 times on it, Departure Warp will no longer be available.
It's worth using your regular Star Rail Passes on the Departure Banner, as there's a 20% discount for a set of 10 Warps, so you get ten for the price of eight, and you are guaranteed a 5-Star character within these 50 total pulls.

Honkai Star Rail Regular Stellar Warp Banner
All 5-Star characters and Light Cones not included in event character Banners are available in Stellar Warp, a permanent Banner.
For every 10 Warps you make with regular Star Passes on Stellar Warp you are guaranteed at least one 4-Star character or Light Cone weapon.
When you make a total of 300 Warps on the regular Banner, you get to choose from any of the 5-Stars included on it.
