While Cyrene is featured as the boosted 5-Star character on her Banner in version 3.7, she will eventually return to Honkai: Star Rail at some point in the future when the Banner schedule cycles back to her.

Cyrene's kit

Cyrene is a 5-Star Ice character of The Remembrance path. All of the percentages mentioned below are based on Level 1 Traces, here's a summary of Cyrene's kit in Honkai Star Rail:

• Element: Ice.
• Path: The Remembrance.
• Rarity: 5-Star.
• Basic Attack (single target): Lo, Hope Takes Flight! - Gains one 'Recollection' point(s) and deals Ice damage equal to 25% of Cyrene's Max HP to one designated enemy target.
• Basic Attack (AOE): To Love and Tomorrow - Gains three 'Recollection' points and deals Ice damage equal to 15% of Cyrene's Max HP to one designated enemy, then deals Ice damage equal to 15% of Cyrene's Max HP to all enemies. 'To Love and Tomorrow' cannot recover Skill Points.
• Skill: Bloom, Elysium of Beyond - Gains three 'Recollection' points and deploys a Zone that lasts two turns, with the Zone's duration decreasing by one at the start of Cyrene's turn. While the Zone is active, for each instance of damage dealt by all ally targets, deals one additional instance of True damage equal to 12% of the original damage. When Cyrene is downed, the Zone will also be dispelled.
• Talent (enhance ability): Hearts Gather as One - When combat begins or after Cyrene takes action, teammates and their memosprites gain 'Future.' When ally targets with 'Future' take action, they consume 'Future' to grant Cyrene one 'Recollection' point. When Cyrene has 24 'Recollection' points, her Ultimate can be activated, and when she has 12 'Recollection' points while in the 'Ripples of Past Reverie' state, its Ultimate can be activated. After reaching the maximum, 'Recollection' points can overflow to a maximum of 27 points. While Cyrene is on the field, increases damage dealt by all ally targets by 10%.
• Ultimate (summon): Verse Vow - Summons memosprite TBA, causes it to immediately gain one extra turn, and activates all teammates' Ultimate. Then, enters the 'Ripples of Past Reverie' state, with Basic attack enhanced to 'To Love and Tomorrow' and can only use this Basic attack. Increases Cyrene's and TBA's Crit Rate by 25%, and deploys the Zone effect from the Skill with no active duration. Can only be used once per combat. TBA's initial HP equals to 100% of Cyrene's Max HP.
• Technique: Peace at West Wind's End - After the Technique is used, creates a Special Dimension that lasts for 30 seconds around the character. Enemies within this dimension enters the 'This Moment, Forever' state. Increases movement speed for the ally characters within this Special Dimension by 50%. After entering combat within the duration, deploys the Skill's Zone. Only one Dimension Effect created by allies can exist at the same time.
• Bonus Trace 1: Child of Remembrance - When a teammate's memosprite is summoned, it gains 'Future'. 'Future' held by memosprites cannot be consumed.
• Bonus Trace 2: Ripple Across Time - When there are 1/2/3 Chrysos Heir(s) or Remembrance Path character(s) aside from Cyrene in the team, Cyrene gains 2/3/6 'Recollection' points at the start of combat.
• Bonus Trace 3: Causality in Trichotomy - When Cyrene's Speed is at 180 or higher, increases all allies' damage dealt by 20%. Then, for each point of Speed exceeded, increases Cyrene and TBA's Ice Resistance Penetration by 2%, counting up to a maximum of 60 exceeded Speed points.

Memosprite Skill:

• Minuet of Blooms and Plumes (AOE): Deals Ice damage to all enemies equal to 30% of TBA's Max HP.
• This Ode, To All Lives (support): Applies a buff to one designated ally. When the target is a Chrysos Heir, the target gains a special effect. When the target is not a Chrysos Heir, increases the target's damage dealt by 20% for two turns. This effect also applies to memosprites.
• Ode to Genesis (support): Effective for the entire battle. When used on Trailblazer (Remembrance), increases Trailblazer (Remembrance)'s attack by a value equal to 8% of TBA's Max HP, and increases Trailblazer (Remembrance)'s Crit Rate by a value equal to 36% of TBA's Crit Rate. This effect also applies to Mem. After Trailblazer (Remembrance) uses Enhanced Basic attack in this battle, TBA immediately gains one extra turn and automatically uses 'Minuet of Blooms and Plumes.' If the target was defeated before this ability is used, it will be used on newly appeared enemy targets instead.
• Ode to Romance (support): One-time effect. When used on Aglaea, causes Aglaea to gain 'Romantic' and immediately stacks Garmentmaker's Memosprite Talent's Speed Boost effect to its max. After Aglaea or Garmentmaker uses an attack, consumes 'Romantic' and regenerates 70 Energy for this unit. Increases damage dealt by Aglaea and Garmentmaker by 36%, and ignores 18% of the target's defense, lasting until Aglaea exits the 'Supreme Stance' state.
• Ode to Passage (support): Effective for the entire battle. When used on Tribbie, causes damage dealt by Tribbie to ignore 6% of the enemy's defense. When Tribbie launches Follow-up attack and triggers the Additional damage from Tribbie's Zone, it further deals one instance of Additional damage.
• Ode to Strife (support): One-time effect. When used on Mydei, removes all Crowd Control debuffs inflicted on him. And if Mydei is in the 'Vendetta' state, he automatically uses one instance of 'Godslayer Be God' without consuming charge. In this attack, increases Mydei's Crit damage by 100%. If the target is defeated before use, it targets new enemies instead. If he is not in the 'Vendetta' state, advances Mydei's action by 100%.
• Ode to Life and Death (support): Effective for the entire battle. When used on Castorice, 'Newbud' can overflow up to 200%. When summoning Netherwing, consumes all overflowed 'Newbud,' increases the damage multiplier of the damage dealt by 0.12% for every 1% of overflow value consumed when the summoned Netherwing triggers the ability effect of its Talent, 'Wings Sweep the Ruins.' If there are two enemy targets on the field or fewer, the damage multiplier additionally increases by 0.24%.
• Ode to Reason (support): One-time effect. When used on Anaxa, recovers one Skill Points for the team and causes Anaxa's next action to advance by 100%. Increases Anaxa's number of Skill DMG instances by three for one turn. The next time Anaxa uses his Basic ATK or Skill, he gains 'True Knowledge': increases the ATK of all Erudition characters by 30% and Skill DMG dealt by 20% until the start of Anaxa's next turn.
• Ode to Sky (support): When TBA uses Memosprite Skill, causes Hyacine to gain two stacks of 'Ode to Sky'. When used on Hyacine, regenerates 12 Energy for Hyacine. When Hyacine has 'Ode to Sky' and is providing healing, additionally increases the healing value for Little Ica's Memosprite Skill by an amount equal to 36% of the healing value this time. After Hyacine uses Skill/Ultimate, consumes one stack of 'Ode to Sky'.
• Ode to Trickery (support): Effective for the entire battle. When used on Cipher, increases the damage dealt by Cipher by 18%, and decreases the defense of the 'Patron' by 10% and the defence of enemy targets other than 'Patron' by 6%.
• Ode to Worldbearing (support): Effective for the entire battle. After using on Phainon, Phainon gains 'Eternal Ignition' when Transforming. When Transforming, if 'Coreflame' exceeds 12, Khaslana's Crit DMG increases by 6% - up to 36% - for each extra point. While 'Eternal Ignition' persists, increases Khaslana's Crit Rate by 8%. After Khaslana's extra turns are depleted, the Transformation does not end, but refreshes all of Khaslana's extra turns and gains four points of 'Scourge' instead. At the start of Khaslana's extra turns, Khaslana loses HP equal to 15% of his current HP. After using an attack, deals five instances of Additional damage, with each damage dealing Fire damage equal to 5% of Khaslana's attack to one random enemy.
• Ode to Ocean (support): One-time effect. When used on Hysilens, Hysilens gains 'Flowing Warmth.' After Hysilens uses an attack, consumes 'Flowing Warmth' and regenerates 60 Energy for this unit. In this battle, increases damage dealt by Hysilens by 60%. After Hysilens uses Basic attack/Skill to attack enemies, causes the damage-over-time currently applied on the attacked enemy targets to immediately produce damage equal to 30%/40% of the original damage.
• Ode to Law (support): Effective for the entire battle. After using on Cerydra, increases the Crit damage of the character with 'Military Merit' by 15%. After Coup de Main ends, Cerydra immediately gains one point of Charge.
• Ode to Time (support): Effective for the entire battle. After it is used on Evernight, increases damage dealt when Evey uses the Memosprite Skill 'Dream, Dissolving, as Dew' by 9%. After Evernight uses a Skill/Ultimate, additionally gains one point of 'Memoria'. The Crit DMG boost provided by the Skill is further increased by an amount equal to 6% of Evernight's Crit DMG.
• Ode to Earth (support): When TBA uses Memosprite Skill, grants 'Ode to Earth' to Dan Heng Permansor Terrae. The next 3 attacks of 'Souldragon' deal Additional DMG of the 'Bondmate's' Type, equal to 40% of the 'Bondmate's' Shield Effect. When Dan Heng Permansor Terrae holds 'Ode to Earth' his 'Bondmate' deals 12% more DMG. Additionally advances Souldragon's action by 100%, and the Souldragon's next action gains the enhanced effects of Dan Heng Permansor Terrae's Ultimate. The Shield Effect porvided by Souldragon is 150% of its original Shield Value. Doesn't consume the enhancement Charge of Dan Heng Permansor Terrae's Ultimate.
• Ode to TBA (support): After Cyrene has gained 'Recollection' from each different teammate (other than TBA), when TBA uses 'Minuet of Blooms and Plumes,' it additionally deals one instance of Ice damage equal to 30% of its Max HP to one random enemy. After Cyrene uses her Ultmate or TBA is summoned, TBA gains one 'Story'. When 'Story' reaches three points, TBA consumes all 'Story' points and immediately gains an extra turn, in which they automatically use 'Minuet of Blooms and Plumes.'

Memosprite Talent:

• Waiting, In Every Past (enhance): TBA's speed remains at zero, and TBA will not appear on the Action Order. While on the field, it's considered out of bounds. When changes occur on Cyrene's HP percentage, TBA's HP percentage will also change accordingly. When TBA is on the field, Cyrene and TBA's max HP increases by 12%. After using abilities, all Continuous Effects' duration on this unit decreases by one.
• Hello, World (enhance): When TBA is summoned, dispels crowd control debuff from all allies.

Cyrene Ascension materials

You need to use Cyrene Ascension materials to upgrade stats like her health, attack, defence, and critical hit effectiveness.

With the latest beta information sourced from honeyhunterworld, it looks like you need to get a lot of Sea Siren's Torn Fin and Fear-Stomped Flesh-based materials for Cyrene to fully upgrade her capabilities.

Cyrene Eidolons

By getting duplicates of Cyrene from pulling on her Banner, you will receive her Eidolon. This material allows you to unlock Eidolon levels, with each upgrade either improving an existing attack or passive ability.

With beta information sourced from hakush.in, here are all of Cyrene's Eidolons in Honkai: Star Rail:

• Epics, Born on a Blank Slate (E1): After using Ultimate or when TBA is summoned, TBA gains one 'Story' point. When 'Story' reaches three points, TBA consumes all 'Story' points, immediately gains one extra turn, automatically uses 'Minuet of Blooms and Plumes', and gains three 'Recollection' points. Additionally increases the number of bounces for Memosprite Skill 'Ode to TBA' by 12.
• A Tomorrow in Thirteen Shades (E2): When entering combat, additionally gains 12 'Recollection' point. For each different ally character that gains the Memosprite Skill buff from TBA, the damage multiplier of the True damage dealt by ally targets via the Skill's Zone increases by 5%, up to a max increase of 20%.
• By Thy Being, As I've Written (E3): Increases the level of Cyrene's Ultimate by two with a maximum upgrade level of 15, and increases the level of her basic attack by one, with a maximum upgrade level of 10.
• Please Write On, With a Smile (E4): Each time after TBA uses 'Minuet of Blooms and Plumes,' the damage multiplier of the triggered Memosprite Skill 'Ode to TBA' increases by 5% in the current battle.
• Gaze, Steeped in Yesterbloom (E5): Increases the level of Cyrene's Skill and Talent by two with a maximum upgrade Level of 15.
• Remembrance, Sung in Ripples (E6): When Cyrene uses her Ultimate for the first time, all allies' actions advance by 100%. Each time when TBA triggers the Eidolon 'Blank, Where The Poem Begins' and uses 'Minuet of Blooms and Plumes', based on the number of times it has been triggered, gains the following effects: One time: Increases all ally targets' All-Type Resistance Penetration by 12%. Two times and more: Advances all allies' actions by 20%.
