All Winter Burrow Gnawtusk stash locations
Where to find all Gnawtusk's stashes.
Finding all of Gnawtusk's stash locations in Winter Burrow will help you get one step closer to finding your Aunty (again).
You'll meet Gnawtusk in Shadow Pines on the search for your Aunty after she's taken by an Owl in Winter Burrow. Gnawtusk is rather forgetful and has been outcast by the other squirrels, so you offer to help them find their missing herb stashes.
Without further ado, here are all Gnawtusk's stash locations in Winter Burrow.

Winter Burrow Gnawtusk's common herb stash location one
Your first task for Gnawtusk is to find two common herb stashes and, luckily, both are nearby. However you must craft the Granite Shovel first using the recipe Gnawtusk gave you. You'll need the following items for this:
- 2 Oak Wood
- 1 Pine Wood
- 6 Granite
- 1 Wool Yarn
Once you've got it, head back to Gnawtusk to start your search.
To find Gnawtusk's first common herb stash, head out the exit north of Gnawtusk then head left past the patch of tall grass into the next area here.
When you're in this area, head south and you should come across a shell in the middle of the snow. Use your shovel to dig at the bumpy area in front of the shell and collect the herbs that appear.

To find the second common herb stash, we found it easiest to start at Bufo's house and head north. Keep heading north from here until you come to the clearing with some Pine Trees in it and look for the tree with the scarf tangled around the top of it.
Dig up the bumpy ground in front of this tree to collect the second common herb stash. Now, head back to Gnawtusk to give over the herbs and get your next task. Gnawtusk will also give you a Lantern which will help you find your way in the dark.

This herb stash is hidden in a 'spooky' place by a 'witchstone' which Gnawtusk describes as simply being a stone with a hole in it. Now, as Gnawtusk says, this stash is hidden in one of the dark parts of Shadow Pines, so you need to equip your Lantern before doing anything else.
Once you've equipped your lantern, head out the bottom left-corner exit from Gnawtusk.
Once you're in the next area, head south into the darkness until you come to another lit area with a tree, bush and ant in it. Deal with the ant with a few swings of your Axe before moving on.
From here, had east (to the right) into the darkness here. You should first see a scroll on the ground, then beyond this is the stone with the hole in it. We recommend grabbing this scroll while you're here as it's the crafting recipe for a Campfire kit.
As with earlier stashes, dig up the bumpy area in front of the stone and grab the herbs. Take them back to Gnawtusk.
Winter Burrow Gnawtusk's rare herb stash location
After returning the last common herbs to Gnawtusk, they'll task you with finding their final rare herbs stash. Wait for the cutscene to pass and you'll be back in your Burrow with Aunty (yay!). Well, Aunty isn't doing so well after the Owl abduction (oh no!) so you'll need to find a way to make her better - and this is by giving Gnawtusk their final herb stash.
Gnawtusk's rare herb stash is inside Aunty's backpack on the ground in your burrow. Open it up and take the herb stash from within it, transferring it to your inventory (not the storage in your burrow).
Return to Gnawtusk one more time and hand the herbs over. A grateful Gnawtusk will give you medicine for Aunty. Race back to your burrow and give Aunty the medicine as soon as you can.
